This week's results...
Congratulations to Sue Baggaley and the Lady Captain on winning the Winter League. Also to Lauren Hannen for winning the non-handicap Winter League. It's a big final week in the gent's Winter League with the race to qualify for the Pro-Am looking very close. Good Luck!
News from the Fitting Centre...
With the season fast approaching, I've been busy custom fitting/coaching members and visitors ready for the new season.
For example Lady Vice Captain, Alison Jones, was playing with gents' irons and woods. Alison's club head speed, combined with her poor strike being heavy pointed to changing to ladies. After we tried a few options Alison found the Wilson D200 irons and Nike Vapor Fly woods worked best for her not only improving on the distance but ball striking and accuracy.
